I am honored to lead such a wonderful school community. With over 27 years of experience in education, I have had the opportunity to work in multiple states and countries, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our school.

Throughout my career, as well as leading, I have taught in various grade levels, including 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th. I have also dedicated myself to implementing effective teaching strategies. As a leader, I believe in Servant Leadership, a philosophy that prioritizes the needs and growth of the community above the individual. Additionally, I advocate for Conscious Discipline, an approach that fosters emotional intelligence and self-regulation in students, promoting a positive and respectful school environment.

I recognize the importance of Multiple Intelligence teaching strategies, acknowledging that every student learns differently. As the instructional leader, I tailor instruction to meet their individual needs, ensuring that our school community is equipped with the tools and resources needed for success.
